The Sanqing Mountain Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute of Yushan County was founded in 2013. It has always adhered to the concept of promoting the local landscape culture, focusing on Sanqing Mountain, Huaiyu Mountain, and other local landscapes and geological features as the main subjects of creation. The institute is dedicated to using painting and calligraphy to comprehensively promote and showcase the magnificent natural scenery and profound cultural connotations of Sanqing Mountain, allowing the beauty of the local landscapes to be inherited and spread through brush and ink.

The director of the institute, Wang Jiqun, also known as Sanqing Manshi, currently works at the Yushan County Cultural Center. He is also a member of the Jiangxi Branch of the China Artists Association and the Jiangxi Branch of the China Calligraphers Association, and has been awarded the New Century Bronze Artist title and the position of Associate Researcher. His painting and calligraphy works are deeply rooted in technique and have repeatedly won gold, silver, and bronze awards in various national painting and calligraphy competitions. His works have been published in authoritative journals such as "Fine Arts," "China Painting and Calligraphy News," "Art Newspaper," and "Jiangxi Daily." His personal achievements have been featured on CCTV and Shandong TV's "Renowned Artists" program, and he has also received special reports from Jiangxi TV, "Tiangong" magazine, and "Shangrao Evening News." His works combine artistic value with local characteristics and have been collected by organizations and individuals in Germany, the United States, Japan, and other countries, as well as in Taiwan and Zhejiang province in China. He has also published two works, "The Standard Entry to Flower and Bird Painting" and "Research and Discussion on Chinese Painting," showcasing his profound artistic accomplishments and dedication to local culture.
