China Land Publishing Media Group is a central state-owned cultural enterprise under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Natural Resources, with capital contribution from the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State Council. The Group was established with China Land Express and the Geological Publishing House as its core entities. Its principal operations encompass book publishing, digital publishing, science communication, and cultural creative industries. The Group holds publishing licenses for books, audio-visual products, electronic publications, and internet publishing, and is certified as a Class-A surveying and mapping qualification unit as well as a National Natural Resources Science Popularization Base.

China Land PublishingMedia Group has published a substantial portfolio of high-quality, influential academic monographs, university textbooks, technical standards and specifications, natural resources management references, and science educaiton titles, establishing a distinguished brand in natural resources publishing. To date, over 100 academicians have published scientific monographs and collected works through the Group. Multiple titles have been honored with prestigious awards, including the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, China Publishing Government Award, and China Outstanding Publications Award, at both national and ministerial levels.
