More than 300 practitioners from the Geopark attended the training, including grid administrators, ticket service staff, cleaners, tour guides and sedan bearers. Lai Xinwei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Sanqingshan Geopark Administrative Committee, attended and delivered a speech, and relevant departments of the Administrative Committee provided guidance at the meeting.
The training was delivered by Ms. Weng Liling from Shangrao Normal University. Drawing on her years of experience in etiquette teaching, she broke away from the traditional lecture-based approach. Through interactive questioning, on-site demonstrations and other practical methods, she taught the participants practical etiquette skills, including dress coordination, deportment, and verbal communication. The training was highly interactive and practical, with employees actively taking part in the demonstrations.
This training has effectively improved the service awareness and professionalism of the staff. Going forward, the Group Company will continue to advance the “Four Ones” service improvement initiative through routine inspections, supervision and assessment mechanisms, so as to promote the high quality upgrading of the Geopark’s management and services.
