The competition consisted of three categories: 20km, 40km and 60km. The 40km and 60km routes traversed the main area of Sanqingshan UGGp, leading runners along elevated plank roads past iconic attractions including Python Slithers out of Mountain, Oriental Goddess Peak, A Gleam of Sky, The Monkey King Appreciates Treasure, Sanqing Temple, Turtle Plunges into Sea, and Yulian Waterfall Area. The 60km category further extended through ancient villages such as Fenshui Village, Yinjiang Village and Lingtoushan Village, offering runners a taste of rustic mountain trails.
After intense competition, the results of all categories were announced in the afternoon. The award ceremony was held at Jinsha Tourist Square.
Lai Xinwei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Sanqingshan Geopark Administrative Committee; Zhang Shandong from Sanqingshan Geopark Administrative Committee; and Chen Yangqing, General Manager of Sanqingshan Group Corporation, presented awards to the winning athletes.

40km Women’s Group: EBEL, time: 4 hours 20 minutes 23 seconds
20km Men’s Group: Liang Shuanghong, time: 1 hour 45 minutes 08 seconds
20km Women’s Group: Wang Meifang, time: 2 hours 08 minutes 52 seconds
For race security, the Blue Sky Rescue Team set up multiple support points along the routes to ensure runners’ safety. Participants highly praised the race organization, scenic views, supply services and volunteer work.
As a key event promoting the integration of culture, sports and tourism in Sanqingshan, the race allowed outdoor enthusiasts to challenge themselves while experiencing the ecological and cultural beauty of this World Natural Heritage site. Many runners expressed their expectation to return next year for another mountain adventure. The organizer stated that it will continue to improve the event quality and strive to build it into a must-attend classic trail running race.
