Four Themed Events Launched by Sanqingshan UGGp for the May Day Holiday

During the May Day holiday, Sanqingshan UGGp has planned and launched a variety of cultural and tourism activities, including intangible cultural heritage experiences, cultural performances, night light shows, and environmental protection public welfare events, providing visitors with an immersive touring experience.

B&B & Intangible Cultural Heritage carnival are held in succession. A series of intangible cultural heritage and cultural performances will be staged alternately. Intangible Cultural Heritage Fish Lantern Parade May 1 & May 4, 9:30–9:50, 10:30–10:50, 11:30–11:50Held alternately at Gangshou Tourist Square and Jinsha Tourist Square. “Back to the 90s” Retro Show Classic songs and retro dances will be performed simultaneously at the other square. May 1 at Jinsha Tourist Square; May 4 at Gangshou Tourist Square. She Ethnic Folk Dances April 30, May 2 & May 3 (same time slots) She ethnic “Shanha” dances and bamboo pole dances will be performed alternately at the two squares. Flower Fairy COS Parade May 2 & May 3Performers in flower fairy costumes will interact closely with visitors at both squares.Taoist Cultural Performances at Sanqing Fudi. From April 30 to May 4, daily 9:00–11:30, Taoist-themed shows will be presented at the Sanqing Fudi Area. Among them, April 30 & May 3 Guzheng, Pipa and bamboo flute performances; May 1 & May 4 “Dust Whisk & Taoist Inquiry” dance; May 2: Tai Chi and Tai Chi sword performances.Night Light Tour launches evening parade. From April 30 to May 4, the Geopark will launch a night light tour. The parade route is: Jinsha Living Room → Lingji Temple Block → Nongken Street → Jinsha Tourist Square → Jinsha Main Block → Bamu Ancient Opera Stage.

Environmental protection public welfare activities will be held at the same time. From May 1 to May 4, daily 8:30–12:00 and 13:00–18:00, the “Goddess Protects Green Mountains • Ecofriendly Travel” public welfare activity will take place at Jinsha Tourist Square, Gangshou Cableway and Waishuangxi Square. Visitors can collect supplies to participate in “Trash Collection for Gifts” and exchange customized cultural and creative prizes after completing the task.

The Geopark stated that it will present visitors with a holiday experience integrating nature and culture through the four themed events.
