A two-day training course for the first batch of museum interpreters at Sanqingshan Global Geopark officially commenced on November 10. Participants in the training included the Geopark volunteers such as teachers from Xikeng Central Primary School in Sanqingshan, engineers from the Northeast Jiangxi Geological Brigade, students from Shangrao Normal University, as well as staff from the Geopark Management Bureau and the Reception Office.

The training invited Dr. Xu Kejian, an expert affiliated with both Sanqingshan Global Geopark and China University of Geosciences (Beijing), to give lectures. Dr. Xu delivered targeted and effective instruction to the trainees by combining theoretical teaching with interactive practical methods. The course focused on developing the capabilities of interpreters, covering topics such as interpreting etiquette and museum commentary. The curriculum featured interactive learning, group discussions, and practical group sessions, which were innovative, lively, and highly engaging, making them deeply popular among the participants.

Through the two days of training, the trainees gained a deeper understanding and awareness of museum interpretation. They also enhanced their knowledge of the Sanqingshan Global Geopark and gained valuable insights into what it takes to become a qualified interpreter.
