It is reported that this project is one of the key projects scheduled by the Mount Sanqing Management Committee in 2015, which was undertaken by the group company. The construction site of the project is located in Block A13 of Outer Shuangxi Regulatory Plan of Outer Shuangxi Service Area in the south of Sanqing Mountain, and the site selection has been approved by the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of the Provincial Department. The total land area of the project is 4143.9m2, with a total construction area of 3943.64m2. The estimated investment for the project is 9.98534 million yuan. The basement of the main building is equipped with a waiting hall, a convenience store, a dispatch room, an equipment room, a ticket hall, a public restroom, and 18 parking spaces for commuter cars. The second floor is equipped with a panoramic sand table, information query area, lounge, and exhibition space.
