In the first half of this year, the Tourism Development Commission of Jiangxi Province entrusted Tsinghua University to conduct a tourist satisfaction survey of 40 key scenic spots (spots) in Jiangxi Province in the form of third-party evaluation. Mount Sanqing ranks first, thanks to the efforts made by the whole mountain to build a model scenic spot in Jiangxi tourism, and to build Mount Sanqing into a scenic spot with the most complete tourism business and the best satisfaction. This tourist satisfaction survey requires tourists to fill out a questionnaire based on their own experience in the scenic spot, score the indicators and give suggestions. The evaluation content includes five aspects: tourism environment, tourism public services, scenic spot value, scenic spot management and operation level, and scenic spot supporting services. There are 39 sub indicators under it. In the first half of the year, a total of 9005 valid samples were collected from the satisfaction survey of key scenic spots in the province. The sample structure was reasonable, the quantity was sufficient, and the reliability and validity reached over 95%.

In the first half of 2014, the survey results showed that the overall quality of tourism services in key tourist attractions in Jiangxi Province was relatively high and at a satisfactory level. The comprehensive satisfaction index of tourists in the 40 key scenic spots in the province is 79.67, which is higher than the requirement of "customer satisfaction in the life service industry reaching 75 or above" proposed in the "Quality Development Outline (2011-2020)" (Guofa [2012] No. 9). Among the 40 key scenic spots in the province, 6 scenic spots have a satisfaction level of over 85 points, 13 scenic spots have a satisfaction level between 80-85 points, 13 scenic spots have a satisfaction level between 75 and 80 points, and 8 scenic spots have a satisfaction level below 75 points. Among them, Jinggang Mountain (87.36), Ancient Kiln Folk Custom Expo Area (87.34) and Mount Sanqing (86.71) are the top three in terms of satisfaction level, while Menghu Lake (73.93), Leping Hongyan Wonderland (73.90) and Gongqing City Fuhua Mountain (73.86) lag behind in terms of satisfaction level, and the bottom three (see the attached table for tourist satisfaction scores and rankings of 40 surveyed scenic spots). From the satisfaction scores of the sub indicators, among the five sub indicators, the satisfaction levels of scenic spot tourism value (81.24) and tourism environment (80.57) are relatively high, above 80 points. The satisfaction levels of scenic spot operation management, tourism public services, and scenic spot supporting services are 79.65, 78.82, and 78.78, respectively, indicating that there is still room for improvement.
