Its overall planning layout reflects the Taoist concept of "learning from nature", with individual site selection and building combination in line with Taoist religious rituals and coordinated with the natural environment. It is an important example of adaptive construction practice based on traditional Chinese religious concepts for the natural environment. The remaining palaces, palace buildings, cliff stone carvings, and statue inscriptions in the region are all made of stone, which not only confirms the long-standing and profound Taoist culture of Mount Sanqing, but also preserves the historical information of Jiangnan culture dominated by the Ming Dynasty.
