On October 30th, the large-scale promotion event of Shangrao Tourism Caravan in the Yangtze River Delta (Hangzhou) was held at Hupan Residence in Hangzhou. Relevant principals from Shangrao Mount Sanqing, Wuyuan, Guifeng, Poyang Lake and other scenic spots came to Hangzhou to promote tourism resources and products. Shangrao, Jiangxi has abundant tourism resources. There are World Natural Heritage, World Geopark, National 5A Scenic Spot - Mount Sanqing, the most beautiful rural Wuyuan in China, and so on.

For many years, the Yangtze River Delta region has been the main source market for Shangrao. The purpose of holding this event in Shangrao is to learn from Hangzhou's advanced experience in developing the tourism industry, further promote exchanges and cooperation between the tourism industries of the two places, and showcase Shangrao products to Hangzhou citizens through this platform. At this promotion event, Shangrao also brought a series of preferential measures and tourism gift packages to the citizens of Hangzhou.

From February 1, 2013 to February 24, 2013, Shangrao Mount Sanqing, Wuyuan, Guifeng, Poyang Lake Wetland Park will hold the activity of "Countryside New Year, Shangrao welcomes relatives". During the event, tourists can go deep into rural households to experience various folk activities, stay in rural cottages, have rural lunch, watch rural dramas, and feel the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year in the countryside. At the activity site, 50 lucky citizens were also selected to visit Shangrao Mount Sanqing, Wuyuan, Poyang Lake National Wetland Park, Guifeng and other scenic spots for free.
