Sanqing Mountain World Geopark holds the 'Sanqing Mountain Lecture' every month to enhance the capabilities of geopark staff; at least three emergency drills are organized each year.  

Management personnel related to the geopark promote mutual learning and experience sharing between geoparks by participating in online meetings, exchanges with sister park staff, and inter-park visits, improving the park's protection and management capabilities.  

The construction of 'beautiful villages' and themed villages, through the 'culture + tourism' and 'tourism + rural revitalization' models, promotes the sustainable development of villages.

Cooperating with the partner Sanqingshan Yuansheng Tea Industry Co., Ltd., a 'Sanqing Red' black tea digital processing production line joint research and development demonstration center was set up in Fangtang Village, introducing Shangrao City's first black tea digital processing production line, and promoting local products through various activities.

Community members aged 18 and above within Sanqingshan World Geopark enjoy the rights to be informed, to participate, and to vote; the Geopark management committee establishes close connections with residents and encourages them to participate in the management and development of the geopark; at the end of each year, community representatives are invited to participate in the geopark's work meetings to jointly plan future management work.
