The proportion of women in Sanqingshan Geopark management team reaches 34%, and women play an important role in geopark management. Equal pay for work of equal value between men and women.

On International Women's Day, the Geopark organizes a training course for women empowerment.

The Sanqingshan Women's Federation supported Sanqingshan Special Breeding Farmers Cooperative to win the title of "Shangrao Women's Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base". The cooperative provides information, training, technology and other services for women, and helps women with income growth. Dongao Mushroom Planting Base and Sanqinghong Tea Company have created jobs for women.

Sanqingshan UGGp has established "Sanqing Township Tourism Night School", which offers free training courses such as service etiquette, hospitality management, marketing, and safety management for women.

Sanqingshan UGGp holds Women's Day activities in March every year, during which the Geopark is free to female tourists, and a "Her Power" marketing campaign is launched.
