Women account for 34% of the management team at Sanqing Mountain Geological Park, playing an important role in the management of the geological park and achieving equal pay for equal work between men and women. 

During International Women's Day, the geological park organizes women empowerment training courses. 

The Sanqing Mountain Women's Federation supports the Sanqing Mountain Specialty Breeding Farmers Professional Cooperative in receiving the title of 'Shangrao Women's Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base.' This cooperative provides women with information, training, technical services, and helps increase their income; the Dong'ao Mushroom Planting Base and Sanqing Red Tea Company create employment opportunities for women. 

Sanqing Mountain World Geopark has established the 'Sanqing Village Tourism Night School,' providing women with free training courses in service etiquette, reception management, marketing promotion, safety management, and more. 

Every March, Sanqing Mountain World Geopark holds Women's Day activities, during which female visitors can enter for free, and the 'Her Power' marketing campaign is launched.
