On September 27, at the World Tourism Day and Green Destination Day Conference held in Ljublya, the capital of Slovenia, Mount Sanqing World Geopark was successfully selected as one of the "Top 100 Global Sustainable Destinations in 2016", which is another world-class brand of Mount Sanqing. There are only four places in China on the list of "2016 Global Top 100 Sustainable Destinations", namely Mount Sanqing, Mount Huangshan Mountain, Yixian County and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Valley. Mount Sanqing World Geopark is the first destination on the list.
