01 Abide by Laws and Regulations, Strengthen Self-Discipline

All operators shall strictly abide by the Price Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Provisions on Clear Price Marking and Prohibition of Price Fraud, and other relevant laws, regulations and policies concerning pricing. They shall follow the principles of fairness, legality and good faith, operate honestly in accordance with the law, consciously fulfill social responsibilities, and effectively strengthen price selfdiscipline. No operator may collude with each other to manipulate market prices and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers. No operator may fabricate or spread priceincrease information, drive up prices, push prices to rise excessively or rapidly, and disrupt market price order.

02 Clearly Mark Prices, Operate Standardly

When selling goods and providing services both online and offline, all operators shall strictly implement provisions on clearly marked prices in accordance with the characteristics of goods, services, industries and regions.

For goods sold, the name, price and pricing unit of the goods shall be clearly indicated. For services provided, the service items, service contents, price standards and pricing methods shall be clearly indicated.

Price tags shall be true, accurate, consistent with actual goods, and eye-catching. Corresponding prices shall be adjusted promptly when changes occur. No operator may sell goods or provide services at a price higher than the marked price, nor charge any unmarked fees.

03 Strictly Abide by Government Set Prices

For sedan chair services, tour guide services, parking lots and other services subject to government-set or government-guided prices, operators must strictly implement the prescribed charging standards. It is prohibited to charge fees beyond standards, set up charging items without authorization, split charging items, charge repeatedly, expand the charging scope, or change charging frequency and billing methods. Business outlets, hotels and reception establishments shall strictly carry out the prices approved by the price authorities. Commodity prices shall be reasonable and in line with procurement costs and scenic area transportation costs. Unreasonable price increases and arbitrary charges under any other names are strictly forbidden.

04 Uphold Integrity, Put an End to Fraud

All operators shall strictly abide by pricing and service commitments. It is prohibited to engage in illegal pricing practices, including false discounts, charging higher than the marked price, using deceptive or misleading language, failing to indicate or significantly weakening price conditions, and refusing to perform or incompletely perform price commitments without justifiable reasons. Hotel and accommodation operators shall honor price commitments and shall not unilaterally break contracts after room reservation orders take effect on e-commerce platforms and other channels. Catering service operators shall not use deceptive or misleading language, words, pictures, videos, measurement units or other means to indicate prices and other pricing information.

05 Fulfill Responsibilities and Accept Supervision

Every practitioner and operator is part of Sanqingshan, and has the responsibility and obligation to safeguard the image of Sanqingshan and protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists. Meanwhile, in the course of service, operators shall voluntarily accept supervision and inspection by tourists and scenic area administrators. Anyone who has committed illegal acts must take the initiative to refund the illegal gains and actively carry out rectification. For illegal pricing acts that are still refused to be rectified after reminders and warnings, with serious circumstances and vile nature, the operators concerned will be strictly and severely investigated and punished by the competent authorities in accordance with the law. The Geopark Administration Bureau will cooperate with relevant departments to publicly expose such illegal acts. Tourists are kindly requested to supervise the operation activities in the scenic area.
