The Culture and Tourism Bureau of Sanqingshan UGGp recently announced that the 2025 Public Creation Reward Measures will continue to be implemented until December 31, 2025. The measures target internet influencers and tourists, collecting original content related to the Geopark’s “eating, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment”.

I. Participants & Platforms

The activity is open to internet influencers and general tourists. Creation platforms include mainstream social media such as WeChat Channels,TikTok Kuaishou, Rednote, Weibo, Bilibili, etc.

II. Admission Privilege & Exemption Policy

Creators can enjoy the following admission benefits based on their follower count on each platform:

TikTok & WeChat Channels≥ 10,000 followers: free admission ticket≥ 50,000 followers: free admission ticket + roundtrip cableway tickets;

Rednote & Bilibili≥ 5,000 followers: free admission ticket≥ 10,000 followers: free admission ticket + roundtrip cableway tickets;

Weibo & Kuaishou≥ 50,000 followers: free admission ticket≥ 100,000 followers: free admission ticket + roundtrip cableway tickets.

Notes:

1. Applicants must be the owners of the accounts. The privilege is limited to the applicant only. Team accounts must provide an official letter stamped with the official seal.

2. For users with multiple accounts, the platform with the highest follower count shall apply.

3. Creators with more than 100,000 followers may bring 1 assistant to enjoy the same exemption policy.

4. Eligible applicants must contact the Geopark staff at least 1 working day in advance. Free entry is allowed only after approval.

III. Content Creation Rewards

Creators who enter the Geopark with tickets purchased through official channels may receive rewards for their original published works according to the following standards:

(I) Video Platforms (TikTok, WeChat Channels, Kuaishou, Bilibili)

Public Creation Award: Works with 100,000 views will be awarded 100 RMB. For every additional 100,000 views, the reward increases by 200 RMB. The maximum reward for a single work is 1,000 RMB.

Viral Hit Award: Works with 5,000,000 views will be awarded a onetime bonus of 10,000 RMB.

(II) Rednote Platform

Public Creation Award: Works with 100 engagements (comments + likes + favorites, or likes + bullet comments, etc.) will be awarded 100 RMB. For every additional 300 engagements, the reward increases by 200 RMB. The maximum rewards for a single work is 1,000 RMB.

Viral Hit Award: Works with 5,000 engagements will be awarded a onetime bonus of 3,000 RMB.

(III) Weibo & Kuaishou Platforms

Public Creation Award: Works with 500 engagements (comments + likes + favorites, or likes + bullet comments, etc.) will be awarded 100 RMB. For every additional 500 engagements, the reward increases by 200 RMB. The maximum rewards for a single work is 1,000 RMB.

Viral Hit Award: Works with 5,000 engagements will be awarded a onetime bonus of 3,000 RMB.

Notes:

1. The above rewards have no follower threshold and are open to all creators. Each person may apply for a maximum of 5 works per quarter.

2. Bonuses are pre-tax amounts. The total annual reward for a single person shall not exceed 30,000 RMB.

3. Influencers and teams officially invited or contracted by the Geopark are not eligible for these rewards.

IV. Creation Requirements

1. Content Theme: Works must focus on the Geopark’s eating, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. When publishing, creators must add the Geopark’s POI location (Sanqingshan UGGp) and the hashtag #Sanqingshan. Works with location added later through re-editing will not be eligible for rewards.

2. Originality & Standards: Works must be original with organic platform traffic; downloading or editing online materials is prohibited. Videos must be clear and coherent, with positive content. Vulgar or kitsch content is forbidden. Works must not include content from other scenic spots.

3. Format Requirements: Video duration: no less than 10 seconds. Image-text works: main text no less than 200 words.

4. Data Statistics: Performance data will be counted within 30 calendar days after publication. Only organic traffic will be counted.

V. Prize Redemption Process

1. Eligible creators must contact staff via Enterprise WeChat and submit application materials, including: application form, screenshot of real-name account verification, screen recording of work data, identity document, contact information, and bank account details.

2. If the same work (or works with similarity of 50% or higher) is published on multiple platforms, it will be calculated once based on the highest reward standard, with no duplicate rewards. Redemption will be based on the first platform and data submitted for reward.

3. Data counting period starts on the publication date and ends 30 calendar days later; data beyond this period will not be counted. For rewards claimed within 30 working days after publication, the data will be finalized when the creator first contacts staff, and no secondary reward will be processed.

4. After approval, the recipient must provide a VAT invoice matching the reward amount. Rewards will be paid around the 15^th of the following month.

VI. Other Management Requirements

1. Creators must contact the staff and apply for tickets at least 1 working day before entering the Geopark.

2. During creation and shooting in the Geopark, creators must abide by the Geopark’s management regulations and be responsible for their own personal and property safety.

3. The Geopark will select outstanding creators to build an “Influencer Database” for in-depth cooperation. If a creator refuses to cooperate with relevant work, the Geopark will list the account and creator in the “Key Non-Cooperation Blacklist” and revoke their qualification to enter the Geopark again.
