I. Attach Great Importance to Fire Risks and Strictly Implement Primary Responsibilities
Fully understand the severity and harmfulness of fires under the current dry and windy weather, and overcome paralyzing thoughts.
Clarify the persons in charge and administrators of fire safety to ensure that fire safety work is supervised and managed.
Establish and improve fire safety management systems and operating procedures for fire use, electricity use, gas use, etc.
II. Strengthen Electricity Safety Management and Eliminate Hidden Electrical Fire Hazards
Regularly inspect power distribution lines and invite professional electricians for maintenance. It is strictly prohibited to privately connect wires at will to avoid line aging, overload and short circuit.
It is strictly forbidden to use high-power electrical appliances such as electric stoves and immersion heaters in guest rooms in violation of regulations; remind tourists to use charging equipment correctly do not charge for a long time or use while charging. Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from charging indoors.
Turn off unnecessary power supplies when guests check out or go out for a long time.
III. Strictly Manage Fire Sources and Standardize Fire Use
Regularly clean kitchen oil fume pipes, and standardize the use of liquefied gas cylinders and gas pipelines. Operators must turn off all fire sources and gas supply before leaving their posts.
It is strictly prohibited to use open fire illegally indoors, in corridors, stairwells and other public areas; No illegal fire operations are allowed during business hours.
Set up special smoking areas with ashtrays. Smoking in bed is strictly forbidden in guest rooms. Cigarette butts shall be cleaned up in a timely manner.
IV. Keep Fire Evacuation passages unobstructed and Ensure All Facilities Intact and Functional
Keep safety exits, evacuation passages and fire engine access unobstructed. No stacking of articles is allowed.
Regularly check that fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, emergency lights, evacuation signs and other facilities are intact and effective.
Organize employees to get familiar with the location of fire protection facilities and the direction of evacuation routes, and master basic operation methods.
V. Strengthen Fire Safety Publicity and Emergency Preparation
Post fire safety tips and evacuation diagrams in prominent locations in guest rooms and public areas.
When guests check in, inform them of fire prevention precautions and emergency evacuation routes verbally or via QR code electronic guides.
Formulate sound firefighting and emergency evacuation plans to ensure that all staff know how to dial 119 for fire alarm, put out initial fires, and organize evacuation.
