As the Double Ninth Festival approaches, Sanqingshan UGGp has launched a special free-ticket campaign for elderly visitors. From October 29 to November 4, 2025, female tourists aged 50 and above, and male tourists aged 55 and above nationwide may enjoy free admission to the Geopark upon presentation of their original identity card. Cableway tickets are not included and must be purchased separately.

I. Highlights of Autumn Tour

Autumn is one of the best seasons to visit Sanqingshan UGGp. The weather is pleasant and visibility is high, making it ideal for enjoying distant mountain views. Around the Double Ninth Festival, the sea of clouds occurs frequently, with peaks looming among mist and clouds, providing excellent conditions for climbing and sightseeing.

Sanqing Temple in the Sanqing Fudi Area is an important cultural landscape of the Geopark. Visitors can view ancient steles dating back thousands of years and learn about Taoist culture.

II. Travel Tips

1. A valid ID card is the only credential for entry. Please keep it properly.

2. Mountain weather can change rapidly. It is recommended to check the weather forecast before departure. Real-time information is available via the Rednote account “Sanqingshan Intelligence Officer”.

3. Watch your step while climbing. Slow down on steep sections and follow the Geopark regulations.

4. There is a large temperature difference in mountainous areas in autumn. Please bring warm clothing and insect repellent.

5. Do not litter. Please help maintain the environment of the Geopark.
