From April 22 to 28, 2025, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark, under the theme "Cherish the Earth, Live in Harmony with Nature," joined hands with domestic sister parks to launch the 2025 56th World Earth Day "Sister Park Exchange and Interaction" and the 6th Asia-Pacific Geopark Week series of activities.

During the event, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark set up themed exhibition areas at the visitor center. Through the "Photography Exhibition of UNESCO Global Geoparks in China," it showcased typical geoheritage and conservation achievements of multiple UNESCO Global Geoparks, including Sanqingshan. The exhibition presented unique landform landscapes and achievements in ecological civilization of UNESCO Global Geopark Network members through graphics and texts.

Concurrently, on-site popular science promotion and interactive experience activities were carried out. Staff distributed Earth Day-themed popular science reading materials, pamphlets and other publicity materials to visitors, introducing the formation and evolution of Sanqingshan's granite peak forest landform, geoheritage protection knowledge, and achievements in UNESCO Global Geopark development. Visitors actively participated in the event through the "Cherish the Earth" themed signature wall and interactive geoscience Q&A sessions, expressing their shared commitment to practicing the concept of ecological civilization and safeguarding geoheritage.
