In order to comprehensively promote the tourism development of Sanqingshan, we have organized and mobilized all the staff, tourism professionals and the local residents in the scenic area to discover the beauty of Sanqingshan through their cameras, and vigorously publicize Sanqingshan. This will enable all the staff and residents to have a deeper love for Sanqingshan, feel proud of being a member of the Sanqingshan family, and enhance their sense of ownership. Now, we are issuing the following notice regarding the "Most Beautiful Mountain"随手拍摄影大赛 activities：

II. Participants 
Residents of the Sanqing Mountain Geological Park area, officials of townships, offices, all subordinate departments, all units stationed in the mountain, and employees of enterprises. 
III. Award Setup 
First Prize: 1 piece  - Prize of 2000 RMB per piece 
Second Prize: 3 pieces  - Prize money: 1000 yuan per piece 
Third Prize: 6 pieces  Prize: 600 yuan per piece 
First Prize: 20 pieces  -  Prize money: 300 yuan per piece 
Honorable Mention: 50 pieces  Prize: RMB 100 per piece 
IV. Shooting Time and Content of the Work 
Taken from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, these photographs mainly depict the natural beauty of Sanqingshan, Taoist culture, rural customs, park development, tourism services, and the spiritual atmosphere. 
V. Competition Rules 
All the entries were taken by the contributors themselves, emphasizing authenticity. Works created through computer manipulation are not accepted. 
2. Contestants are required to upload the photos they have taken to their WeChat friend circle for publication and display. They should also collect likes. The more likes they receive (with a minimum of 10), the better. Additionally, at least 5 WeChat friends outside the area of Sanqing Mountain should forward the photos in their friend circles. 
3. Submission method: The works should be named as "Work Name + Name + Mobile Number", and be uploaded together with the screenshots of the likes on WeChat and the forwards by friends to the email address of the organizing unit. 4. Photo Requirements: (1) JPG format; (2) Healthy content; (3) Appropriate size, clear without ghosting, resolution no less than 800×600/72dpi (output pixels); (4) Both color and black and white are acceptable; (5) Group photos are not allowed; (6) Each participant can submit no more than 5 pictures. 
5. This event is free of charge and no refunds will be given. For the selected works, the organizing committee has the right to use them in the compilation of a catalogue, exhibitions and other promotional activities without paying any additional remuneration. The winning works and the list will be displayed on the official website of Sanqingshan, the official WeChat account and the official Weibo account. 
6. The contributor must ensure that they possess independent, complete and unambiguous copyright over the submitted work. In case of any disputes arising from copyright issues, all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the contributor themselves. 
7. All contributors are deemed to have agreed to and complied with the above regulations. Any works that have copyright issues or may seriously mislead public perception and do not meet the requirements of the competition will be disqualified by the judging panel, and the prize money and honorary certificates will be revoked. Such cases will also be reported. 
8. The interpretation rights of this event belong to the organizing unit. 
VI. Award Criteria 
The organizing unit has specially invited photographers to form a review panel. The review panel conducts a comprehensive evaluation based on aspects such as the quality, authenticity and representativeness of the photos. 
2. Contestants are required to save the screenshot of the scene where their work received the highest number of likes before 18:00 on December 31, 2014, and send both the screenshot and the original work to the designated email address. The number of likes and forwards for the work will be an important factor in the evaluation. 
3. After the top ten works selected by the review panel are announced, they will be published on the official website and WeChat official account of Sanqingshan. The release period is from January 10th to 16th, 2015. Finally, the first, second and third prizes of this event will be determined by the public through likes or votes.
