The training invited three professional lecturers from Shangrao Vocational and Technical College:

· Yu Qian: Vice Dean of the School of Culture and Tourism, Shangrao Vocational and Technical College

· Yang Chenjie: Senior Lecturer in Tourism Management / Hotel Management, National Grade II Announcer

· He Guangming: Senior Trainer, Assessor for Emergency Management Electrician Certificates, Assessor for Human Resources and Social Security Electrician Operators

The courses covered hotel room service and management, housekeeping practical operation, hotel etiquette, homestay operation and management, safety knowledge training and other topics, with rich content and strong practicality. More than 100 service staff from medium and large hotels and operators of farmhouses in the Geopark participated in the training.

The training adopted a combination of theoretical teaching and interactive communication, creating a strong learning atmosphere on site. All participants agreed that the training was comprehensive in content and innovative in form. It not only broadened their thinking and vision, but also played an important role in improving service awareness and practical skills.

Relevant officials from the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Sanqingshan UGGp stated that the bureau will continue to carry out multi-level and multi-form service skills training in the future. This will promote the standardization and quality improvement of tourism reception services in the Geopark, provide visitors with warm, detailed and high-quality service experiences, and create a comfortable, safe and pleasant tourism environment.
