On June 20, a 33-member delegation from the National Association of Taiwan Travel Agents, consisting of representatives from the cultural and tourism industry, visited Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark and embarked on an inspection tour of this World Natural Heritage site.

The delegation comprises travel agency operators, core staff of industry associations and young cultural tourism practitioners from Taichung, Yilan and other regions. They closely appreciated natural landscapes such as Sanqingshan’s granite peak forests, exotic pines and sea of clouds, and immersed themselves in the unique natural and cultural charm of eastern Jiangxi. This visit creates an opportunity for in-depth exchanges between cross-strait tourism industries and facilitates the mutual launch of travel routes and two-way tourist exchange across the Taiwan Strait in the future.

During the visit, delegation members spoke highly of Sanqingshan’s breathtaking natural scenery. Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark will continue to boost cross-strait cultural and tourism exchanges. Relying on its stunning mountain landscapes as a bridge, the geopark will deepen mutual understanding and connections between compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
