In early April 2022, Sanqingshan UGGp launched its annual tour guide training. Affected by the epidemic, the training was promptly shifted from offline to online, carried out via the Tencent Meeting platform, with more than 200 participants.

The curriculum covered professional knowledge, reception etiquette, and professional competence. For the first time, training on new media account operation was included, aiming to promote the all-round development of "tourism + culture" and improve the service quality and communication ability of the tour guide team.
After the training, the participants successively passed both written and interview assessments. The written test examined their mastery of theoretical knowledge, while the interview involved simulating tourist Q&A and scenic spot commentary, requiring fluent responses and ready command of history and culture.
The organizer stated that although the tour guide training has come to an end, learning is a lifelong journey. The Geopark will continue to encourage its guides to keep pace with the times and sharpen their skills, so as to tell the story of Sanqingshan UGGp with a more professional image and contribute to promoting the renowned brand "The Splendor of Sanqingshan ".
