It is winter now. The weather is dry and windy, and the fire risk level remains high. Combustibles such as dead branches and fallen leaves accumulate in the Geopark, increasing potential fire hazards. Relevant work tips on winter fire prevention and control are hereby issued as follows:

I. Strict Control of Fire Sources
Strictly implement the fire ban regulations and prohibit illegal use of fire.
Strengthen the dissuasion and management of smoking, designate specific smoking areas and exercise strict control.

II. In-depth Hazard Investigation
Immediately carry out comprehensive investigation and rectification of fire hazards. Focus on checking whether fire-fighting facilities and equipment are intact and effective. Strictly prohibit unauthorized wiring and overloaded electricity use to eliminate potential electrical fire hazards.

III. Strengthen Personnel Management
Strengthen fire safety education and emergency drills for all staff to ensure that everyone masters fire prevention knowledge, fire-fighting skills and evacuation guidance capabilities.

IV. Prepare Adequate Emergency Supplies
Fully inventory fire-fighting emergency supplies, and equip fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire hydrants, fire sand, emergency lighting, evacuation signs and other equipment in accordance with specified standards. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure normal use in emergencies.

V. Deepen Joint Prevention and Control
Take the initiative to strengthen communication, coordination and collaboration with departments of emergency management, fire and rescue, forestry, public security, and township (sub-district) authorities.

VI. Enhance Publicity and Education
Set up eye-catching fire prevention warning signs and publicity boards in main areas such as scenic entrances, tourist distribution centers, ancient building complexes, and forest edges.

VII. Strict Emergency Duty
Arrange special personnel on duty at key posts and main areas to ensure smooth communication and timely grasp of safety developments.
