Recently, the Geopark has been experiencing rain and snow. To ensure the safety of visitors, the following tips are issued:

I. Visitor Safety Guidelines

1. Anti-slip and warmth preservation. Wear non-slip hiking shoes or crampons; avoid high heels and flat shoes. Bring down jackets, thermal underwear and waterproof coats. Hats and gloves are recommended.
2. Walking safety. Priority should be given to sightseeing paths paved with anti-slip mats; avoid snow-covered sections that have not been cleared. Hold handrails when going up and down steps; do not put hands in pockets. Stay away from unprotected cliffs and the edges of viewing platforms.

II. Vehicle Traffic Regulations
Scenic buses shall strictly observe a speed limit of 30 km/h and sound horns at curves. Anti-skid chains must be equipped, and the braking system shall be inspected for each shift. Warning lights shall be turned on when picking up or dropping off passengers, who shall get on or off in an orderly manner only after the vehicle has come to a complete stop.

III. Travel Suggestions
To reduce cross-service-area traffic and ensure smooth roads during rain, snow and freezing weather, visitors and tour groups are advised to follow the principle of “taking the same cableway for both ascent and descent”.
