All departments in the Sanqingshan Scenic Area shall conscientiously study and implement laws and regulations including the Forest Law, the Wildlife Protection Law, the Wild Plant Protection Law, as well as relevant international conventions or agreements concerning wildlife protection, and shall effectively enhance their awareness of wildlife protection.

It is prohibited to bring animals, plants, or their products that have not undergone quarantine into the scenic area. An access permit system shall be strictly enforced for the entry of alien species into the scenic area.

It is prohibited to harm, illegally hunt, or trade wildlife, as well as to indiscriminately collect, excessively fell, or illegally trade wild plants.

All departments and individuals in the Sanqingshan Scenic Area have the obligation to protect wildlife resources and have the right to report and accuse any acts that damage wildlife resources or their habitats.

It is prohibited to engage in activities such as the purchase, sale, storage, transportation, or processing of wildlife and their products in the Sanqingshan Scenic Area.

Departments or individuals that promptly stop or report illegal activities involving the hunting, collecting, transporting, purchasing, or selling of wildlife and their products shall be commended and rewarded by the Administrative Committee.

Any injured wildlife found in the Sanqingshan Scenic Area must be promptly sent to a specialized wildlife rescue institution for treatment.
