Article 1 All departments and units in the scenic area shall conscientiously study and implement the Forest Law, the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention, and other laws and regulations, and effectively enhance their awareness of forest fire prevention.
Article 2 All units and enterprises stationed in the mountain shall sign an annual fire prevention responsibility agreement with the Management Committee, equip themselves with fire extinguishers and other forest fire prevention equipment, and perform corresponding responsibilities as required.
Article 3 All units and enterprises stationed in the mountain are strictly prohibited from using substandard electrical equipment. They shall conduct regular or irregular inspections, and any problems found shall be rectified in a timely manner.
Article 4 It is strictly prohibited to smoke in non-designated areas. All open-air fires including picnics, burning ridge fields, burning incense and candles, setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and burning paper at graves are strictly prohibited.
Article 5 Tour guides and interpreters shall have the responsibility to publicize forest fire prevention regulations to tourists and regulate tourists' fire use behavior.
Article 6 Sanitation workers shall promptly remove withered branches and fallen leaves, and shall not burn them, so as to effectively eliminate fire hazards.
Article 7 Construction units or individuals working in the scenic area must sign a fire safety guarantee with the Forest Fire Prevention Headquarters of the Management Committee. In principle, open fire operations shall not be used; where absolutely necessary, approval must be obtained from the Forest Fire Prevention Headquarters, and dedicated personnel shall be assigned to guide and supervise.
