The training invited a number of industry experts to give lectures:

Chen Shaofang taught TikTok Short Video and Live Streaming Monetization Skills; Weng Liling explained Civilized Tourism and Etiquette Norms; Lu Wei delivered a lecture on First Aid Knowledge; Li Xin shared Rednote Visual Content Creation and Monetization, analyzing platform traffic value and area exposure strategies; He Xiong gave a special lecture on the Taoist culture of Sanqing Fudi, inheriting the millennium-old cultural heritage of the famous Taoist mountain; Zhou Xiaolei systematically taught Design of the Scenic Area’s Three Regular Tour Routes and the Compilation of Commentaries, improving participants’ presentation and creation abilities through theory combined with practical cases. The training curriculum was rich and practical, covering TikTok short video and live streaming monetization, civilized tourism and etiquette norms, first aid knowledge, Rednote visual content creation, Taoist culture of Sanqing Fudi, design of the area’s three tour routes and commentary compilation. It improved guides’ professional standards from multiple dimensions and scenarios, supporting the development of Sanqingshan’s cultural tourism industry and optimizing the quality of tourism services. A session on Sanqing black tea culture and promotion of Immortal Valley Area was also arranged at the training site, helping guides fully understand local specialties, culture and the features of newly developed scenic spots. Q&A and interactive exchanges were held after each lecture to strengthen participants’ understanding and absorption of the course content.

The final assessment consisted of written tests and interviews, comprehensively evaluating participants’ knowledge mastery and presentation skills. Those with outstanding overall scores were selected as the new batch of Sanqingshan tour guides. Upon completion of the assessment, the new guides immediately began on-site training at the scenic area. Led by annual outstanding guides who provided demonstration tours, they deepened their understanding of the scenic routes and the application of commentary skills through immersive teaching, further consolidating what they had learned.
