After successfully applying for the World Geopark, in order to further improve the management concept and business level of the scenic area's cadres and staff, Mount Sanqing Scenic Spot invited Professor Wang Changji, the director of the Environmental Department of the National Park Administration of the United States, to carry out the training on geopark related knowledge. Nearly 80 cadres and employees of the scenic area participated in the training.

As a senior expert with more than 20 years of professional experience in the environmental protection and scenic spot management industry in the United States, Professor Wang Changji, through the combination of pictures and text, explanations and questions, explained the history, organizational structure, legislative procedures of American national parks, how to strengthen the role of science popularization of the world's geoparks, how to deal with the relationship between resource protection and tourism development, and other topics in simple terms, so that students can really feel the world's advanced geopark management and service concepts, broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge, and provide ideas for further strengthening and improving the protection and management of Mount Sanqing World Geopark.
