From January 13th to 19th, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark sent personnel to attend the Geopark Management and Development International Training Course held in Beijing, and successfully concluded the class. Over 60 students including administrators of domestic global geoparks, geopark experts and science cooperation partners participated in the training.

On December 11th, 2014, the park sent personnel to Jiuzhaigou National Geopark to serve temporary post for two months in order to learn experience regarding protection, development, construction and management.

In order to improve the public’s awareness on economical and intensive using of resources, popularize knowledge of earth science and technology, at the coming of the 47th World Earth Day, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark initiated promotion activities in various forms in Jinsha Tourists Square and Xikeng Primary School, themed by “save and intensively utilize resources, advocate green and simple living”.
