East China Yellow Fir: Belongs to the Cupressaceae family, genus Cunninghamia, an evergreen large tree. The cones are conical-ovoid, with the central seed scales kidney-shaped, their backs exposed, and the seed wings are the same length as the seeds. A species endemic to East China. It grows in montane mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests at altitudes of 1000-1700 meters.
