Last weekend, Sanqingshan UGGp saw a continuous rise in popularity with a booming spring tourism wave. On April 15, the Geopark welcomed its first European and American inbound tour groups since the three-year pandemic. Visitors from the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and other countries ascended the fairy mountain to enjoy the splendid spring scenery of the world natural heritage site.

Today, the "Four Ones" Service Improvement Training for Sanqingshan UGGp staff was held at Jinsha Bay Hotel. The training was hosted by Sanqingshan Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. and organized by Yitu Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. It aims to enhance the area’s image and service quality, address shortcomings in management and services, and lay a solid foundation for building a high-quality world-class tourist destination. Nearly 300 frontline management and service personnel attended the training, including tour guides, sedan-chair carriers, staff from the Grid Center, Ticket Center, Ticket Checking Center, cableway, property management, cleaning services, outlets and hotels in the area. Lai Xinwei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Geopark Administrative Committee, attended, delivered a speech and announced the opening of the training. Jia Min, Deputy Director of Culture and Tourism Bureau, and Mao Zheliang, Director of the Scenic Area Administration Bureau, delivered speeches respectively. Chen Yangqing, General Manager of Sanqingshan Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., presided over the ceremony.

Recently, the "National Fitness • Happy Jiangxi" 2023 Jiangxi Province "Sanqingshan Cup" Roller Skating Championships kicked off with great enthusiasm at the Sanqingshan UGGp. More than 600 roller skaters from 38 teams across the province gathered together to stage a wonderful competition of speed and skill in the spring breeze.

On April 6, the 2023 First Quarter Publicity and Marketing Work Conference of Sanqingshan UGGp was held at Wang Sanqing • Art Settlement. The conference summarized the achievements and shortcomings of publicity and marketing work in the first quarter, and arranged key tasks for the second quarter. Wang Qinghui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Geopark Administrative Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Lai Xinwei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, arranged the work. Representatives of relevant departments, scenic spots, hotels, travel agencies, homestays, catering enterprises and other businesses attended the meeting.

Through theoretical lectures, skill training, on-site assessments and other sessions, the program helped participants comprehensively improve their professional competence. Participants who passed the assessment with excellent results have officially joined the Sanqingshan tour guide team.
