May 12, 2024 marked China’s 16th National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day. Ahead of the date, Sanqingshan Emergency Management Bureau teamed up with the Social Development Bureau, Natural Resources Sub-bureau, Meteorological Bureau and the 8th Geological Brigade of Jiangxi Geological Bureau to carry out an on-campus educational lecture at Sanqingshan School under the theme Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response: Improving Grassroots Disaster Prevention and Evacuation Capacity.
On the morning of April 23, more than 800 teachers and students from Shangrao Xinzhou Secondary Vocational School came to Sanqingshan UGGp for a study tour.
From April 22 to 23, 2024, Sanqingshan UNESCO Global Geopark hosted activities for the 55th World Earth Day and the 5th Asia Pacific Geoparks Week themed Cherish the Earth and Pursue Harmonious Coexistence Between Humans and Nature at Jinsha Visitor Square.
