On October 20, 2020, the online meeting of the Asia-Pacific Geopark Network Coordination Committee was successfully held. Representatives of the Global Geoparks Network, representatives of the Asia-Pacific Geopark Network, geopark experts, scholars, and others gathered together to jointly discuss the development of global geoparks. The management personnel of Sanqing Mountain Global Geopark attended this meeting.

From September 7 to 9, 2019, Sanqing Mountain World Geopark participated in the 'China Geopark' themed publicity event organized by the Department of Nature Reserves Management of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. More than 200 representatives from provincial forestry and grassland authorities, some World Geoparks and National Geoparks, and relevant research institutes gathered at the Yanqing World Horticultural Expo to jointly plan the development of China's Geoparks.
On June 12-13, 2019, the On-site Exchange Conference on Popular Science Work of China World Geoparks was held at Danxia Mountain World Geopark. The conference invited guests including He Qingcheng, Director of the National Park Network Center, and Yuan Xiaohong, Director of the Protected Areas Department of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, as well as experts from institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and Sun Yat-sen University, and more than 150 representatives from China World Geoparks. Sanqing Mountain World Geopark was invited to participate.
From November 6 to 8, 2018, the 2018 China UNESCO Global Geoparks Annual Conference was held at Yandangshan World Geopark in Zhejiang. This was the first Global Geoparks Annual Conference held after the management of geoparks was transferred to the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. Leaders from the Department of Nature Reserves Management of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, including Yang Chao, Liu Yuan, and Yuan Xiaohong, attended the conference, and representatives from Sanqingshan World Geopark also participated.
From October 30 to November 3, 2018, the 4th UNESCO Global Geoparks Management and Development International Training Course and the 1st UNESCO Global Geoparks Evaluators Training Course were held at China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Staff from 37 UNESCO Global Geoparks in China, as well as professional and technical personnel from universities and research institutions engaged in geopark-related work, participated in the training. Representatives from Sanqingshan Global Geopark attended the training.
